Janice’s Grower Direct rocks! The service was phenomenal! My first bouquet got a touch of frost and therefore it died quickly. I explained this and Janice’s Grower Direct was quick the replace my flowers free of charge. Not only did they replace the flowers, but they gave me the most beautiful bouquet as a replacement. It is clear that they value their costumers and strive to provide award winning service! I am so pleased. Thank you Grower Direct! We were shopping for a casket spray and this was the third place we looked at. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She showed us some actual photos of sprays and arrangements that she has done in the past. When she told us how much she wanted for the spray we liked we were impressed. She took my wife and sisters in law into the cooler to show them what she would use. We were so impressed with the service and the final product. It was twice the size of the other sprays that we had seen for less money. I will definitely use this shop again.

My experience with Janice's was excellent. I had used on-line order and gave my contact information. The recipent of our flower arrangement was not at home at the time of delivery and the flowers were left at the home. I was contacted by Janice's to make sure the flowers were indeed received, which I felt was going above and beyond. The arrangement was received and was beautiful. Thank you Janice's Grower Direct. Wow, Wow, Wow!!!! On September 11th I ordered a bouquet for a staff member, they not only sent me a picture of the bouquet before it was delivered per my request, but on September 26th the bouquet has hardly faded. Over two weeks for a bouquet is very impressive. Will definitely order from them again.

The flowers I ordered were absolutely beautiful. Even better than displayed in the picture. However I am only rating a 3 as I am extremely disatisfied that it took the entire business day for my Baba to receive her flowers for her birthday. The order was placed well in advance and should have been delivered in a much timelier manner, especially given the proximity of her address to the business.

I highly recommend Janice's. The personalized service I received from Yadan was remarkable. She went above and beyond in arranging a beautiful casket spray for my mom's funeral. As I do not live in Edmonton, she emailed pics of flower recommendations and once I selected, she also emailed a pic of the actual spray to ensure it met my requirements. The cost was substantially less than ordering from the funeral home and unique in design. Yadan liaised directly with the funeral home on a timely delivery.

They did a great job! But when my girlfriend told me that the delivery guy was rude, that kinda killed the mood of the whole thing.
